Since the establishment of Henan Suyuan Environmental Protection Equipment Co. Ltd. (the original Ltd. Hua County Daokou Big Dipper Electrostatic Separation Facility Factory) in the end of 2002, it has been devoted to the separation of waste resources and the research and manufacture of sorting and recycling equipment over the past ten years, and now it is one of several enterprises that make recycling devices of renewable resources.
The equipment used for the separation of aluminum and plastic include: the separation equipment used for separating APCP(Aluminium-plastic Composite Panel), the bottle cap of Wahaha, PE aluminum-plastic pipe, tablets and packaging aluminum-plastic recovery, food, electronic flexible packaging and door and window shavings and broken bridges;
The equipment used for the separation of cooper and plastic include: the separation equipment used for separating scrap wire, cable, waste printed circuit boards, copper clad laminate, circuit board drilling powder, edge strip and other copper plastic composite materials, copper, aluminium, lithium ironic phosphate of lithium batteries, copper, aluminum and iron of copper and aluminum water tanks, copper tube and aluminium foil of air conditioning radiator and so on.
Other separation equipment: the screening equipment used for mixed plastics, broken plastic materials of waste electrical appliances, electric cars, cars and other plastic materials, plastic, rubber and silica gel, dropping bottle/PP infusion bags and silica gel, high voltage electrostatic separation and fly ash decarbonization equipment, sand and plastic, linseed nuts and shells, tea and tea rods, materials and hair and other electrostatic separation equipment used for separating conductors and non-conductors and conductors and semiconductors.
The energy-saving and environmentally friendly SY type electrostatic separator (alias: high-pressure electrostatic sorting machine or high-pressure electrostatic separator) is developed through our cooperation and our domestic trade and research units such as Peking University, China University of Mining and Electrostatic Association of China etc. on the basis of constantly talking domestic and foreign various separation techniques. Through years of practice and theoretical analysis, we obtain the best separation result and the impurity after separation is ≤ 1% and the best result can reach 99.9%. It reflects energy-saving and environmental protection and belongs to complete physical separation after which, the property of various separated materials does not change, so it does not affect recycling. First through the separator corona discharge generating device, it produces ionize in the surrounding air layer, and then metal and plastic (conductors and non-conductors) are separated from the crushed materials by the different permittivity.
The advantages of new device lie in that it needs not to use chemicals to dissolve wastes thus there's no pollution produced to environment. It is able to separate the plastics from metals such as gold, silver, copper, aluminium, stainless steel etc. which account for over 99% of the wastes.
In addition, the electrostatic separation can separate the waste circuit copper clad laminates and waste wires with higher purity, but the output is lower. While guaranteeing the effect of separation, the problem of production separation has been solved by the multi-drum electrostatic separator and waste circuit board air separator developed by our company in 2005, and the latter is made according to the principle that the difference of density ratio between copper powder and epoxy powder (copper wire and wire skin) in the circuit board after smashed is greater.
